The sprawling NSIT Salem campus played host to the city final. Over 1,000 students witnessed a fantastic quiz that started with a crisp prelim of 20 questions from the young and popular quiz host Ms. Rashmi Furtado. She kept the crowd highly engaged with her clues and smart wit as the following teams made it to the next round.
The final saw ace quizmaster Pickbrain take command and soon enough the team from VIT Vellore blazing on all guns. The raced ahead to a score of 300 and continue to stay ahead for the rest of the quiz.
No team could really challenge the VIT team or get close, spare an all-girls team from Sona school of business showing maturity and composer to finish runner-up.
Giving away the prices Mr. Nitish the chairman of NSIT, appreciated the Tata group for giving a huge opportunity to the colleges in and around Salem by bringing the Tata Crucible consistently to the region.
